In this role, as a Physical Therapist with a focus on specialized rehab, you will evaluate and treat patients with a broad spectrum of orthopedic, neurologic, and age-related conditions. Your responsibilities include comprehensive initial assessments, ongoing re-evaluations, and the development of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that emphasize functional restoration and patient education. You will apply therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional rehabilitation activities tailored to each patient’s goals.
