Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Key responsibilities: Lead labor and delivery patient care with a patient-centered approach, monitor fetal status, manage labor progression, perform routine and emergent obstetric interventions, support cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries, perform neonatal resuscitation as needed, provide postpartum and newborn teaching, and document meticulously in electronic health records. Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, neonatal teams, doulas, and unit staff to ensure seamless, evidence-based care.
