In this role, you’ll supervise nursing teams, ensure consistent delivery of evidence-based care, and oversee patient flow, admissions, and discharge planning with a focus on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction. You’ll mentor staff to strengthen clinical judgment and performance, assist in developing unit workflows, and partner with nursing leadership to implement policies that improve outcomes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating staffing to cover shifts, conducting performance coaching, coordinating clinical rounds, and acting as a liaison between patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. The position offers substantial professional growth within the Specialty of perioperative, medical-surgical, or critical care nursing, depending on the assignment, with opportunities to expand leadership competencies, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and influence organizational practice. This travel opportunity includes a competitive compensation package designed to reward your expertise. Expect weekly pay ranging from $1,915 to $2,049, with guaranteed 36 hours per week, and the chance to earn additional time depending on assignment needs. A completion or sign-on bonus may be part of your package, along with housing assistance to simplify your transition and reduce moving stress.
