• Unit: Emergency Department – Psychiatric Specialty
• Patient Population:
  • Acute and chronic psychiatric patients, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Patients requiring acute stabilization and medical intervention alongside psychiatric care

Requirements

• Certifications:
  • BLS (required)
  • CPI or MAB (required for submittal)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in a large academic teaching facility with Psych ED experience
  • Prior travel experience required
• Qualities:
  • Compassionate, safety-focused, and culturally sensitive
• Vehicle Requirements:
  • Reliable personal or rental vehicle with all-season or snow tires (November–April)
  • Public transportation is not accessible
