Role Specifics and Benefits: As an LPN in Long‑Term Care, you will be central to daily resident care and care plan execution. Your responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring vital signs, assessing and documenting changes in condition, assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, and infection control, conducting basic rehabilitative activities, and collaborating with RNs, physicians, social workers, and therapy teams to support holistic well‑being. You will participate in care conferences, contribute to discharge planning when appropriate, and serve as a trusted resource for residents and families, ensuring communication is clear, compassionate, and compliant with regulatory standards. This role also offers clear pathways for growth within the Long‑Term Care specialty, including opportunities to take on mentorship roles, expand your scope of practice, and pursue additional certifications that enhance clinical leadership and patient advocacy.

A comprehensive package may include a sign‑on incentive, housing assistance or housing stipends, and potential extension opportunities should you and the client facilities decide to continue beyond the initial term. You’ll benefit from extensive support, including 24/7 assistance from our travel care team as you move between assignments, ensuring access to guidance, resources, and immediate aid whenever you need it. In addition, dedicated onboarding, a responsive supervisor network, and robust back‑office support help you navigate shifts, documentation, and compliance with ease.
