In this role you’ll conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, implement interventions to improve self-care, motor skills, dexterity, and cognitive engagement, and guide adaptive equipment recommendations and home modifications. You’ll document progress in medical records, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide education to patients and families to sustain gains after discharge. The position fosters growth in a specialized field, with opportunities to advance toward leadership responsibilities, mentor junior therapists, and pursue continuing education.
