You’ll conduct airway clearance therapies, administer bronchodilators and adjunct medications per established protocols, and monitor arterial blood gases when indicated. Your responsibilities extend to performing chest physiotherapy, suctioning, humidification management, and implementing evidence-based interventions to reduce hospital-acquired complications. Documenting interventions, tracking patient progress, and communicating effectively with the care team will be essential. You’ll also ensure equipment readiness, perform routine maintenance checks, and uphold stringent infection control practices.
