Role Specifics and Benefits: As an OR RN in this travel assignment, you’ll be entrusted with critical responsibilities that keep operating rooms running smoothly and patients safe. Core duties include circulating and/or scrub nursing, preparing the sterile field, instrument counts, and maintaining a sterile environment throughout complex procedures. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, technicians, and support staff to anticipate needs, anticipate potential complications, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties extend from pre-op assessment and positioning to intraoperative monitoring, specimen labeling, and accurate post-op handoffs.
