Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities: conduct comprehensive patient assessments prior to, during, and after dialysis treatments; operate and troubleshoot hemodialysis equipment; monitor vital signs, fluid balance, and vascular access; implement treatment prescriptions in collaboration with the nephrology team; identify and respond to dialysis-related complications; document care in electronic medical records; educate patients and families on treatment plans, nutrition, and symptoms to report; ensure equipment safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance; participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives; and support orientation and training for staff and translating best practices into daily care.
