Envision guiding residents through routine activities with respect and dignity, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and advancing your clinical acumen in a specialty that blends practical nursing with the art of elder care. Beyond the bedside, this role invites you to contribute to a community that honors resilience, empathy, and the profound impact of consistent, high-quality care.

New Mexico’s sunlit landscapes frame more than a workplace; they offer an inspiring backdrop for professional growth and personal well-being. Albuquerque blends vibrant culture, historic charm, and modern conveniences, from the scenic peaks of the Sandia foothills to the historic Old Town, with easy access to hiking trails, festivals, and award-winning cuisine. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care plans with RNs and physicians, manage wound care and infection control, and advocate for resident comfort, dignity, and autonomy. The position emphasizes professional growth within geriatrics and long-term care, offering opportunities to expand your scope of practice, pursue certifications in geriatric care, and assume leadership roles as you gain experience. As you travel or transition between assignments, you’ll benefit from a robust training ecosystem and ongoing mentorship that supports clinical excellence and compassionate care delivery. Offered benefits include a competitive bonus structure, housing assistance, and clear pathways to contract extensions, enabling you to build a stable, progressive trajectory in LTC nursing.

Support is central to our approach. You won’t walk alone on this journey—our 24/7 travel support team is available to assist you on every shift, every city, and every step of the way. From onboarding and licensure logistics to housing arrangements, shift confirmations, and real-time guidance during assignments, you’ll have reliable, responsive help whenever you need it. The program is designed to remove barriers so you can focus on what matters most: delivering patient-centered care, growing your clinical competencies, and contributing to a positive, energized workplace culture. We prioritize clear communication, consistent feedback, and tools that empower you to excel; you’ll find a supportive environment that values your input and championing your professional development at every turn.
