Powerback - PERM - Chambersburg Skilled N-R07A52
Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Physical Therapist, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across diverse clinical settings. This opportunity is anchored in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with a start date of 04/13/2026 and a flexible assignment spanning weeks, guaranteed 35 hours per week. You’ll blend hands-on therapy with patient education to help individuals regain independence and return to the activities they love. As you travel with our team, you’ll expand your clinical repertoire, build lasting mentorship connections, and experience the satisfaction that comes from making meaningful improvements in people’s lives. And beyond the clinic, you’ll have the chance to explore Pennsylvania’s landscapes—from rolling farmland to historic towns—and to savor communities that celebrate heritage, outdoor adventure, and small-town charm.
Location Benefits: Chambersburg and the surrounding region offer a welcoming, community-focused environment with affordable living and easy access to outdoor recreation. You’ll enjoy a balanced lifestyle in a town that values relationships, safety, and family-friendly amenities, while still being within reach of broader Pennsylvania experiences, including Gettysburg’s rich history, the scenic Lancaster County Dutch Country, and the rugged beauty of the nearby mountains and rivers. For those who relish variety, our program also provides opportunities to work in multiple locations across the U.S., delivering exposure to diverse patient populations, clinic cultures, and clinical challenges that accelerate growth, confidence, and adaptability.
Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Physical Therapist in a travel capacity, you will evaluate patients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies to maximize function across mobility, gait, strength, balance, and pain management. You’ll educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and fall prevention; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams; document outcomes, and contribute to discharge planning. You’ll have pathways for professional growth—specialization opportunities in orthopedic, neuro, or geriatric rehab, leadership roles within travel teams, and cross-site experiences that broaden your clinical skill set. Benefits include a competitive weekly pay range of $1,918–$1,956, with guaranteed 35 hours per week and the potential for extension on contract terms. A signing or completion bonus may be offered, along with housing assistance to ease relocation and support ongoing stays, and the chance to extend assignments to continue making an impact. You’ll receive comprehensive support from a dedicated 24/7 travel help desk, ensuring scheduling, credentialing, safety considerations, and clinical questions are addressed promptly so you can focus on delivering exceptional care and advancing your career.
Company Values: Our company is built on a foundation of empowering clinicians to grow—providing mentorship, ongoing education, collaborative leadership, and a culture of respect and inclusion. We are committed to helping you advance your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a supportive, team-centered environment. Your contributions are valued, and we invest in your professional development, recognizing that you thrive when supported by a network that prioritizes your well-being and success.
