About the Role

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you’ll perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals to evaluate organ structure and function. Assignments are available nationwide in hospitals, outpatient centers, and imaging facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging
  • Operate and maintain PET, SPECT, and gamma camera systems
  • Ensure radiation safety and ALARA compliance
  • Verify patient identity, obtain consent, and explain procedures
  • Process, analyze, and transmit images for interpretation
  • Maintain documentation, QA logs, and equipment calibration records

Qualifications

  • ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required
  • Active state license or eligibility in assignment state(s)
  • BLS (AHA or ARC); ACLS preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Nuclear Medicine experience
  • Strong imaging and patient-care skills
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to new clinical environments
