In this role, you’ll be responsible for thorough PACU assessments, continuous monitoring, airway management, hemodynamic stability, and timely identification of evolving postoperative complications. You’ll collaborate closely with anesthesia teams, surgeons, and nursing colleagues to coordinate analgesia plans, antiemetic strategies, and safe discharge instructions. You’ll document precise progress notes, track recovery milestones, and engage in patient and family education to empower informed postoperative care at home.
