Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Responsibilities: Deliver ICU‑level care to critically ill adults, including ventilated patients, vasopressor/inotrope support, and complex hemodynamic monitoring. Implement evidence‑based protocols for sepsis, ARDS, delirium management, pain control, and sedation optimization. Lead and participate in multidisciplinary rounds, coordinate with respiratory therapy, pharmacy, social work, and case management, and facilitate safe transitions from ICU to step‑down or discharge.
