Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Role responsibilities: As an ER RN, you will perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and initial stabilization; administer medications and therapies as ordered; monitor and interpret vital signs; coordinate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and tech teams; prepare patients for imaging and procedures; document thoroughly; and advocate for patients and families during high-stress situations.
