In this Med Surg RN role, you will monitor multiple patient acuity levels, perform assessments, administer medications, manage IVs and wounds, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, timely care. You will advocate for patient-centered plans, respond to changes in condition, and document meticulously in electronic health records.
