As an OR Tech, you will be integral to the flow of the surgical environment and the success of each procedure. Your responsibilities will include preparing the sterile field and instrument tray setup, handling and passing specialized equipment to surgeons, maintaining aseptic technique, assisting with patient positioning and transport, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team to minimize delays.
