Great Falls, MT
Contracted
Great Falls Clinic Medical Center
Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, anchored in Great Falls, Montana, with coveted opportunities to work across diverse locations nationwide. This role places you at the heart of life-saving cardiovascular care, collaborating with top interventional teams to support complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. From coronary interventions and peripheral runs to electrophysiology studies and left atrial appendage closures, your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining patient safety, precision in hemodynamic monitoring, and the smooth orchestration of high-stakes cases. You’ll scrub, circulate, and monitor, ensuring meticulous sterile technique, accurate data capture, and proactive communication with physicians, anesthesia providers, and bedside teams. You’ll guide patients through the cath lab journey, translating complex information into calm reassurance and delivering care that emphasizes comfort, safety, and positive outcomes. This is a role for purpose-driven nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace continuous learning, and elevate the standard of cardiovascular excellence.

Montana’s majestic landscape adds a unique backdrop to your professional journey. Great Falls offers a blend of small-town warmth and access to outdoor adventures, from nearby river corridors and mountain trails to cultural events that showcase the region’s rich heritage. While you’ll deliver critical cath lab care, you’ll also have the opportunity to experience the beauty of “Big Sky Country,” with days off offering respite under wide skies, crisp air, and awe-inspiring views. Beyond the local setting, this pathway opens doors to assignments across the United States, delivering diverse experiences—the chance to work in urban epicenters, coastal communities, and quieter regional centers—each with its own patient population, case mix, and clinical challenges. You’ll gain perspective, adaptability, and a broadened professional network as you move between facilities, all while enjoying the stability of guaranteed hours and competitive compensation.

Role Specifics and Benefits: In this Cath Lab RN position, you’ll perform pre-procedure assessments, verify consent, and prepare the sterile environment, ensuring proper equipment readiness and radiation safety protocols. You’ll assist with diagnostic coronary angiography, PCI procedures, stent placements, rotablation when indicated, and structural interventions, while closely monitoring patient hemodynamics, rhythm management, and sedation levels. You’ll participate in case debriefs, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to cross-disciplinary planning that optimizes procedural efficiency and patient outcomes. The role also emphasizes post-procedure recovery care, including neurologic and hemodynamic monitoring, timely discharge planning, and documentation that meets regulatory standards. With this travel opportunity, you’ll experience professional growth through exposure to diverse cath lab technologies, evolving best practices, and mentorship from seasoned clinicians. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive package that includes a competitive weekly pay range of $2,504–$2,545, with guaranteed hours of 36.0 per week, and a start date of 12/17/2025 for a duration measured in weeks. In addition to base pay, you’ll have access to a sign-on/bonus structure, housing assistance to ease relocation, and opportunities for contract extensions that align with your career trajectory. Round-the-clock support is built into the program—24/7 assistance from a dedicated clinical liaison ensures you’re never navigating a shift alone, whether you’re on assignment or traveling between facilities. The environment champions best-in-class patient care while recognizing the vital contribution you bring to the team, and the organization stands ready to empower you with ongoing training, leadership pathways, and performance-based recognition.

A core value of the company is empowering its clinicians to grow—investing in your career through structured onboarding, continuous education credits, and clear pathways toward greater responsibilities within cardiovascular services. The culture emphasizes a supportive work environment where experienced practitioners mentor newer colleagues, where questions are welcomed, and where your well-being is as important as patient outcomes. You will find that advancement opportunities are not merely promises but practiced realities, with proven tracks for professional development, specialty certifications, and leadership roles that can extend the breadth of your impact well beyond the cath lab floor. The organization understands flexible staffing needs, respects work–life balance, and strives to create a collaborative community that honors your expertise while encouraging you to expand your horizons.
