As an LPN in Long-Term Care on a travel basis, you will deliver essential nursing care to residents with a focus on comfort, safety, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assessing residents’ conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications and treatments, performing wound care and routine procedures, and implementing care plans developed in collaboration with RNs, physicians, and the broader care team.
