Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Physical Therapist in Concord, New Hampshire, starting March 2, 2026, and discover a role that blends clinical mastery with the freedom to explore new communities. In this specialty-focused engagement, you will bring mobility, relief, and hope to patients across a range of settings—from acute care and inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient clinics—empowering them to reclaim independence and live fuller lives. As you apply evidence-based practice to individualized treatment plans, you will help patients recover from surgery, manage chronic conditions, and navigate the challenges of injury and aging. You’ll have the chance to mentor teammates, share your expertise, and remain at the forefront of physical therapy innovations while making a tangible difference in real people’s daily lives. And as you chart your impact in Concord, you’ll also have the opportunity to experience the quintessential beauty of New England—the vibrant fall foliage, the historic streets of a classic New England town, and convenient access to the White Mountains, lakes, and coastline for occasional weekend adventures.
Location Benefits: Working in Concord situates you in a dynamic New England city that values culture, education, and outdoor recreation. You’ll enjoy a community that supports health and wellness and provides a welcoming environment for healthcare professionals. The assignment offers the possibility of additional opportunities across various locations in the U.S., expanding your professional horizons and exposing you to diverse patient populations, settings, and care models. Expect a well-structured schedule that preserves work-life balance, with guaranteed hours and predictable routines that help you plan personal time to explore nearby trails, historic sites, seasonal festivals, and scenic drives along rural byways. We recognize the value of location variety, so you’ll have the option to extend or transition to new assignments within a supportive framework that prioritizes your professional growth and geographic preferences.
Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will assess patients, diagnose functional limitations, and develop targeted treatment plans designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve activity tolerance. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress notes; selecting appropriate interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait and balance training, electrotherapy, and functional training; and documenting outcomes in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care, participate in discharge planning, and educate patients and families on home programs, adaptive equipment, and strategies to prevent relapse. In this role, professional growth is a priority: you’ll have access to ongoing training, specialty certifications, and mentorship to enhance your manual therapy skills, neuromuscular techniques, pediatrics, geriatrics, or sports rehabilitation focus as aligned with patient needs. The position offers a competitive compensation package that includes a weekly pay range of $2,200 to $2,268, with guaranteed 40 hours per week, ensuring financial stability as you immerse yourself in each assignment. You’ll also benefit from a bonus opportunity and housing assistance designed to ease transitions, whether you opt for company-facilitated housing or stipends to secure convenient accommodations near your job site. Extension opportunities allow you to extend a favorable assignment or transition to adjacent roles, enabling continuity of care in communities you come to know and love. Comprehensive support is a hallmark of our program, including 24/7 assistance and dedicated travel coordinators who coordinate logistics, licensure support, credentialing, and ongoing clinical resources so you can focus on patient care and clinical excellence.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, you’ll experience a robust support network designed to remove barriers and accelerate your success. Our travel team is available around the clock to assist with housing, transportation, licensure updates, credentialing, and any clinical or administrative needs that arise on assignment. You’ll be connected to a peer group of like-minded professionals who share best practices and offer encouragement as you navigate new teams and settings. This is a partnership-driven model: you bring your PT expertise, your commitment to compassionate care, and your drive to grow, and we provide the infrastructure, resources, and community to support you every step of the way.
Company Values: Our organization is built on a commitment to empower staff through clear paths for career advancement, targeted professional development, and a culture that prioritizes patient-centered care. We foster a supportive, collaborative environment where you can share ideas, challenge yourself, and pursue certifications or advanced practice credentials. We believe in transparency, integrity, and teamwork, and we strive to create workplaces where clinicians feel valued, heard, and equipped to deliver the highest standard of care. Your contributions—not only your clinical skills but your unique perspective—are essential to shaping the future of physical therapy across diverse populations and settings.
