Role specifics and benefits. In this ER RN position, you’ll lead rapid assessment and triage, deliver high-acuity stabilization, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, evidence-based care. Your responsibilities will include initiating trauma protocols, managing airways and hemodynamic instability, administering medications and antidotes, interpreting monitor data, and facilitating safe patient handoffs to inpatient services. You’ll participate in code events, support pediatric and adult emergencies, and partner with EMS teams to optimize prehospital care. Documentation, quality improvement, and adherence to regulatory standards will be integral parts of your daily practice, as will patient and family education to promote understanding and recovery.
