Role Specifics and Benefits
- Key responsibilities: As an ER Travel RN, you will perform rapid triage and patient assessment, initiate stabilization protocols, manage airway support, administer medications, perform wound care and wound closure as appropriate, establish IV access, monitor telemetry, interpret vital signs, and coordinate with ED physicians, surgical teams, and case management. You’ll lead patient and family education, document thoroughly, collaborate on discharge planning, and participate in debriefs that foster continuous improvement.
