- Key responsibilities: operate multidetector CT systems, position patients for optimal imaging, adjust imaging protocols to balance speed, detail, and radiation exposure, administer contrast safely when required, monitor patient comfort, enforce rigorous radiation safety, review images for quality, communicate findings with radiologists, document procedures accurately, participate in equipment QA and safety checks, and contribute to a patient-centered care experience.
