In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive inpatient Med Surg care, including patient assessment, monitoring, and escalation as needed. You’ll administer medications, manage IV therapies, assist with procedures, and participate in care planning, discharge planning, and patient education. You’ll collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes and to guide families through the recovery process with empathy and clear communication. Your clinical judgment will be paired with evidence-based practices to optimize patient safety, pain management, and functional recovery.
