You will conduct patient evaluations, administer bronchodilators, aerosols, mucolytics, and airway clearance therapies; monitor and titrate oxygen therapy and noninvasive ventilation; assist with weaning and ventilator management under physician direction; perform arterial blood gas analyses when indicated; review patient progress with the care team and update care plans accordingly. You’ll participate in performance improvement initiatives, pursue specialty growth opportunities, and access continuing education that aligns with your career goals as a Respiratory Therapist.
