This is more than a temporary assignment—it’s an opportunity to sharpen your clinical skills, broaden your professional horizon, and make a tangible difference in the lives of patients and families who rely on dialysis for better health and renewed hope. Begin on 02/26/2026 and join a team that values every interaction, every patient education moment, and every initiative that moves care forward. Imagine the fulfillment of guiding patients through life-sustaining treatments while you explore the beauty and variety of the places you’ll work and call home, with the support you need every step of the way.

Wisconsin’s Janesville is a welcoming base with a distinctive mix of small-town warmth and accessible amenities. Enjoy easy access to scenic parks along the Rock River, thriving local eateries, cultural events, and community networks that celebrate neighborly spirit. The state itself is renowned for its four distinct seasons, picturesque shoreline along the Great Lakes, and iconic getaways such as Door County’s shoreline, Wisconsin Dells’ family-friendly adventures, Lake Geneva’s lakeside charm, and the expansive opportunities found across the Midwest. In this role, you’ll oversee key responsibilities that form the backbone of specialized renal care. You’ll perform and monitor hemodialysis and, where applicable, peritoneal dialysis, manage vascular access and circuit integrity, and ensure precise fluid management aligned with physician orders. Your days will include comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of dialysis adequacy, as well as timely intervention for any complications. You’ll provide patient education on treatment plans, diet, and lifestyle adaptations, collaborating closely with nephrologists, nurses, technicians, and dietitians to design individualized care plans. You’ll uphold infection control standards, maintain meticulous documentation, and ensure safety protocols are consistently followed in every shift. This role promises meaningful growth within the dialysis specialty, with opportunities to advance your skills, gain leadership experience, and contribute to program improvement across multiple sites. You’ll be supported by a robust framework of 24/7 assistance from the company while you travel, ensuring you’re never navigating challenges alone. Competitive benefits include a sign-on bonus, housing assistance or housing stipends, and potential extension opportunities to continue your trajectory with the organization.

The company’s values center on empowering clinicians like you to own your career journey. You’ll find a culture that prioritizes ongoing professional development, mentorship, and a collaborative environment where questions are welcomed and every team member is valued. The leadership team is committed to creating a supportive work atmosphere that recognizes your contributions, celebrates your successes, and provides the resources you need to excel in dialysis care. This is a place where your clinical judgment is respected, your expertise is expanded through cross-site experiences, and your work-life balance is supported by flexible scheduling and reliable guaranteed hours.

If you’re ready to bring exceptional dialysis care to patients while exploring the country, this opportunity is designed for you. You’ll enjoy a structured pathway to advance within the specialty, feedback-focused performance growth, and a community of like-minded professionals dedicated to patient well-being and clinical excellence.
