This travel assignment in Hay Springs, Nebraska, invites you to blend compassionate LTC nursing with exploration and professional growth. As you care for seniors in a close-knit community, you’ll also enjoy the beauty of Nebraska’s expansive skies, rolling plains, and serene landscapes that invite reflection after a meaningful day of care. From the open countryside to local autumn festivals, the Cornhusker State provides a welcoming backdrop for your next chapter, and you’ll have the chance to experience additional locations across the United States as part of our comprehensive program.

Location benefits go beyond the care you deliver. Hay Springs offers a warm, small-town atmosphere where relationships matter and teamwork shines. You’ll find stability and purpose in a community-oriented setting, with access to local outdoor spaces, safe neighborhoods, and a pace that supports attentive, person-centered nursing. For those drawn to broader horizons, this program also enables rotations to other sites nationwide, presenting opportunities to broaden clinical experience, collaborate with diverse teams, and strengthen your LTC expertise in varied environments—from rural clinics to larger facilities—while maintaining the consistency of a professional support network behind you. We prioritize work–life balance, with clear scheduling and dependable resources to help you thrive on assignment and bring your best to every resident you serve.

In this role, you’ll deliver essential long-term care nursing with dignity and precision. Core responsibilities include comprehensive resident assessments, administration of medications and treatments under physician orders, monitoring for changes in condition, and timely documentation to support care planning. You’ll lead and participate in care conferences, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for individualized plans that emphasize safety, comfort, and independence. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, mobility support, wound care, nutrition, and symptom management, while building trusting relationships with residents and their families. The position offers pathways for professional growth within the LTC specialty, including expanded responsibilities in care coordination, mentorship of new staff, and opportunities to contribute to quality improvement initiatives. You’ll be supported by a program that values evidence-based practice, continuing education, and hands-on mastery of geriatric nursing skills.

Competitive benefits accompany the role. You’ll earn a weekly pay range of $1,208–$1,274, with the promise of reliable compensation aligned with your experience and responsibilities. The program includes housing assistance to simplify transitions, professional extensions that recognize your value and expertise, and potential bonuses tied to performance and tenure. We also emphasize robust support to make travel as seamless as possible. You’ll have access to 24/7 support while traveling with the company, including guidance on site expectations, safety, regulatory compliance, and immediate assistance when you need it. Hours are discussed during placement and may vary by assignment, with a framework designed to respect your preferred work pattern while meeting facility needs. Please note that hours and pay rates are estimates and may vary; final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.

The company’s values center on empowering staff, fostering career advancement, and cultivating a supportive work environment. We’re committed to helping you grow as a clinician and as a resilient professional, with resources to enhance your clinical acumen, leadership capabilities, and job satisfaction. You’ll join a culture that recognizes your contributions, celebrates your strengths, and offers mentorship, collaborative teams, and a clear path toward expanded responsibilities in LTC settings.
