- Core responsibilities: Under the supervision of a licensed PT, assist with patient evaluations, implement treatment plans, administer therapeutic modalities as directed, guide therapeutic exercises, balance and gait training, ROM work, and equipment setup and documentation. Support adherence, safety, and infection control; communicate progress, respond to changes in patient status, and coordinate with the care team to optimize outcomes.
