Step into a pivotal role as a Registered Nurse specializing in Acute Care in Marietta, Georgia, where every shift is a chance to influence patient outcomes, safety, and the patient and family experience. In this fast paced, high-stakes environment, you’ll apply precise clinical judgment, lead with compassion, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to support patients through acute illness and complex recovery. This isn’t just a job—it’s a meaningful opportunity to advance your expertise in one of Georgia’s most welcoming communities, where neighborhood warmth meets modern health care. Beyond the hospital walls, Georgia unveils a tapestry of natural beauty and cultural richness—from the foothills of the Blue Ridge to vibrant cityscapes, historic towns, and scenic trails that invite restful weekends and memorable getaways. For nurses who crave variety and growth, this program also provides the flexibility to work in various locations across the U.S., broadening your professional horizons while you contribute to exceptional patient care.

Location Benefits: Marietta sits just outside Atlanta, offering the best of both worlds: a tight-knit, family-friendly community and easy access to the energy, opportunities, and cultural attractions of a major metro. You’ll enjoy a supportive local network, affordable living, and a high standard of living that makes it sustainable to dedicate time to your clinical craft. When you’re ready to explore more, you’ll have the option to take assignments in other U.S. locations, expanding your scope of practice, refining your adaptability, and connecting with diverse patient populations. The location is known for excellent schools, parks, dining, and a thriving arts scene, providing a balanced backdrop for your professional dedication and personal well-being. The role also emphasizes travel-ready support: seamless credentialing, housing assistance, and a team ready to assist you 24/7 as you transition between assignments.

Role Specifics and Benefits: As an Acute Care RN, you’ll assess and monitor patients with complex, rapidly evolving conditions, administer prescribed therapies and medications, and respond quickly to clinical changes. You’ll lead rounds, implement evidence-based plans of care, and partner with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure coherent, holistic care transitions. Your duties include accurate documentation, charting lithe with hospital EMR systems, infection control practices, discharge planning, and patient and family education that empowers self-care after hospitalization. The environment is dynamic and demanding, offering continuous professional growth within the acute care specialty: opportunities to deepen trauma-informed care, refine monitoring techniques for critically ill patients, and develop leadership skills through mentorship of junior staff and participation in quality-improvement initiatives. We recognize your expertise with a competitive benefits package, including a performance bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities that let you continue contributing your talents beyond the initial weeks. You’ll receive weekly pay in the range of $1,597–$1,664, with the flexibility of contract extensions tailored to your preferences and clinical impact. The role does not guarantee hours, which reflects the nature of travel and contract-based assignments, but you’ll be supported by a 24/7 dedicated travel team that coordinates housing, travel logistics, orientation, and credentialing to minimize downtime and maximize patient-facing time. A comprehensive onboarding experience ensures you’re credentialed, oriented, and aligned with unit standards before you start, enabling you to hit the ground running and feel confident in every shift.

Supportive infrastructure and company values: Our organization is grounded in empowering staff through transparent communication, continuous education, and a culture of mentorship. You will have access to formal career development pathways, including specialty certifications, leadership training, and opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary rounds that elevate patient care.
