As an OR RN, you’ll support perioperative care across pre-op, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia phases. Responsibilities include preparing sterile fields, assisting surgeons and circulators, instrument counts, ensuring patient safety, monitoring vital signs, managing anesthesia documentation, and collaborating with anesthesia teams to optimize outcomes. You’ll have opportunities for professional growth in specialty areas—scrub and circulator leadership, quality improvement projects, and ongoing continuing education credits. The package includes competitive weekly pay in the range of $2,522 to $2,549, with guaranteed 40 hours per week for a multi-week assignment and strong potential for extension. We also offer a sign-on bonus or retention incentive, housing assistance or stipends, and the flexibility to extend your contract based on performance and facility needs.
