Location benefits: Massachusetts, Plymouth sits at the confluence of maritime heritage and modern healthcare excellence. You’ll work in a community that values teamwork, patient-centered outcomes, and continuous learning, while enjoying the area’s unique blend of small-town warmth and easy access to urban amenities. The region offers scenic drives along the coastline, fresh seafood experiences, cultural events, and plenty of outdoor recreation, from beach days to scenic hikes. The opportunity to practice in Plymouth also opens avenues to experiences across Massachusetts and other U.S. locations through our nationwide travel network, allowing you to expand your professional horizons while keeping a base in a picturesque New England setting.

Role specifics and benefits: As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT), you will assess, monitor, and optimize respiratory care for patients with a broad range of conditions, including post-surgical patients, COPD, asthma, pneumonia, ARDS, and critical care cases. Your responsibilities will include initiating and adjusting therapy plans, conducting nocturnal and daytime assessments, delivering inhalation therapies, managing ventilator settings, performing arterial blood gas interpretations, weaning and extubation planning in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and educating patients and families to support adherence and recovery. You’ll engage in roundtable discussions with physicians, nurses, and therapists, champion evidence-based practices, and maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. This role provides substantial opportunities for professional growth within the respiratory domain, including specialization tracks in critical care, neonatal/pediatric aspects where applicable, and leadership pathways that recognize clinical excellence and collaboration.

We offer competitive benefits designed to support you throughout your travel assignment, including a sign-on consideration, housing assistance, and extension opportunities that can align with your career goals.
