Step into a rewarding role as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, where every shift is an opportunity to touch lives with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, you’ll join a dedicated team that believes in empowering residents to age with comfort and independence while supporting you with the tools you need to thrive. This assignment offers you more than a job—it's a path to meaningful impact, ongoing professional growth, and a network of colleagues who share your commitment to high‑quality care. And when you need a break from the everyday, you’ll be reminded that New Mexico is a land of enchantment—from sunlit mesas and vibrant city streets to serene desert landscapes, outdoor adventures and rich cultural experiences await just beyond the door.

Albuquerque is a gateway to a richer professional and personal life. The city combines the warmth of a close-knit community with the opportunities of a modern health system, providing you with diverse patient needs, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a culture that values both your clinical skill and your humanity. If you crave variety, you’ll also have the opportunity to work in various locations across the United States, gaining exposure to different facilities, patient populations, and care models. This versatility enhances your clinical confidence, expands your professional network, and helps you build a resilient toolkit for any future role—whether you stay in long‑term care, pursue additional certifications, or move toward leadership and education within the field.

In this role, your responsibilities will center on delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care under the guidance of our seasoned nursing leadership. You’ll assess and monitor residents’ health status, administer medications, perform measurements and treatments, and support activities of daily living to promote safety, comfort, and independence. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and refine individualized care plans, document accurately in electronic medical records, and recognize early warning signs that require escalation. You’ll mentor and support CNAs and other care staff to maintain consistency and high standards of practice. Your clinical judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and respectful communication with residents and families will be essential to ensuring a high quality of life for residents throughout the long‑term care continuum. There is ample room for professional growth—from expanding your skill set in wound care and chronic disease management to pursuing newly minted leadership roles or transitions toward RN pathways with the company’s supportive programs.

The compensation package is designed to be competitive and reflective of your expertise. You’ll earn a weekly pay rate in the range of $1,420 to $1,503, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, and a start date of 04/01/2026 for a duration measured in weeks. In addition to solid compensation, we offer a robust benefits package that includes a competitive sign‑on bonus, housing assistance to ease transitional logistics, and extension opportunities that allow you to continue your assignment or transition smoothly to new settings as your goals evolve. You’ll also benefit from comprehensive scheduling support, travel coordination, and the option to extend placements to maximize continuity of care for residents and stability for you as a traveling clinician.

A cornerstone of our approach is 24/7 support for traveling clinicians. From the moment you arrive at a new site to the final transition from an assignment, you’re never alone. A dedicated support team is available around the clock to assist with logistics, clinical questions, credentialing needs, and any immediate concerns that arise in the field. This level of continuous support ensures you can focus on what you do best—delivering high‑quality patient care—while we take care of the rest.

Our company values your growth as much as your contributions. We are committed to empowering staff through clear career pathways, ongoing education, and mentorship that respects your experience and aspirations. You’ll find a collaborative, respectful environment that emphasizes professional development, work‑life balance, and recognition for consistent performance and compassionate care. Whether you envision advancing into leadership, expanding clinical expertise, or broadening your experience across different care settings, you’ll find opportunities and the resources to pursue them here.
