Mid Level
Embark on a shaping-your-career journey as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care in the scenic corner of New Hampshire, with a primary assignment in Laconia. This role places you at the heart of resident well-being, where your hands-on expertise, compassionate communication, and daily commitment to dignity translate into meaningful moments for seniors and their families. You’ll oversee routine nursing tasks, support care planning, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to uphold comfort, safety, and independence for residents. As you deliver steady, skilled care, you’ll also have the chance to broaden your horizons—NH’s four-season beauty, lakeside charm, and historic towns offer enriching experiences, and opportunities to travel to other U.S. locations through our flexible program. Start date December 4, 2025, for a multi-week engagement designed to fit your schedule while providing stability and growth.

Location Benefits:
Laconia sits on the sparkling shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in the heart of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, a place where sunsets over the water and the scent of pine invite balance and renewed energy. The area blends small-town warmth with access to outdoor recreation—boating and fishing in summer, foliage-filled drives in autumn, and nearby snow sports in winter. Living and working here means you’ll enjoy walkable neighborhoods, strong community ties, and a supportive healthcare network dedicated to elder care. If you crave broader experiences, our travel program can place you in other NH communities or across the United States, exposing you to diverse facilities, patient populations, and clinical approaches that sharpen your geriatrics skills while expanding your professional network.

Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care settings. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitor changes in condition, implement and revise care plans, perform activities of daily living with dignity, assist with wound care and catheter care as needed, screen for safety concerns, prevent falls, and document thoroughly in electronic charting. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to coordinate goals of care, ensure continuity between shifts, and advocate for residents’ preferences and rights.
- Professional growth: This role offers pathways to deepen geriatrics expertise, pursue certifications in wound care or palliative care, and assume mentorship or charge-nurse responsibilities as you gain experience. We encourage ongoing education with access to certifications, CEU allowances, and structured progression opportunities within the company’s clinical ladder.
- Competitive benefits: Enjoy a competitive weekly pay range of $1,600–$1,695, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Take advantage of a sign-on bonus where applicable, flexible housing assistance to ease relocation, and opportunities to extend your assignment based on performance and facility needs.
- Comprehensive support: Travel assignments come with 24/7 support from a dedicated travel team, including on-call coordinators, site orientations, and resources to help you navigate housing, transportation, and acclimation to new facilities. If you choose to extend or transfer to another location, our coordinator team will assist every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition.
- Work-life balance and stability: While you’re on assignment, you’ll benefit from structured schedules, predictable hours, and access to regional amenities. The Laconia area provides a balanced lifestyle with cultural events, dining, shopping, and easy access to outdoor adventures—all while you deliver high-quality care.

Company Values:
We are committed to empowering our staff, recognizing that strong, supported clinicians drive better outcomes for residents.
