Embrace a transformative role as a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care, where every day you lift the quality of life for residents and mentor teams toward compassionate, person-centered care. This travel-friendly assignment invites you to bring clinical expertise, warmth, and steady hands to a community in beautiful New Mexico, with a starting date of 03/04/2026. Over the coming weeks, you’ll play a pivotal part in sustaining comfort, dignity, and independence for seniors, often in close collaboration with families and interdisciplinary colleagues. Beyond the residents, you’ll discover the allure of New Mexico’s landscapes—from desert sunrises and wide-open skies to the quiet charm of small towns. This is your chance to grow within a supportive network while exploring a state famed for its natural beauty, rich heritage, and welcoming communities. You’ll join a team that respects your skills, values your judgment, and celebrates your impact.
Positioned in Belen, New Mexico, the assignment offers a nurturing community setting with easy access to nearby Albuquerque and beyond. The area blends a friendly, small-town feel with modern amenities, outdoor recreation, and cultural experiences that enrich daily life outside the facility. If you’re drawn to variety, this role can also include opportunities to travel to other sites across the U.S., expanding your clinical exposure and professional network. Expect stable assignments with guaranteed hours, reliable pay, and the chance to experience different LTC environments—from rural facilities to suburban campuses—while building lasting relationships with residents and staff who value your presence.
Role specifics and growth: As an LPN in Long-Term Care, you’ll support daily living activities, monitor vital signs, administer medications under facility policy and where applicable under supervision, and assist with wound care, incontinence management, mobility support, and fall prevention. You’ll participate in care planning, document changes in electronic health records, communicate with physicians and family members, and ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed. Your hands-on care will be complemented by clinical opportunities to expand knowledge in geriatric pharmacology, palliative care basics, and care coordination. The position offers a clear path to increased responsibilities, mentorship from experienced LTC leaders, and the possibility of extended contracts if you enjoy the team and community.
Benefits: competitive compensation with a weekly pay range of $1,000-$1,043, plus a bonus structure and housing assistance to ease transition. We also offer extension opportunities to continue your impact beyond an initial block, and comprehensive support that never stops—24/7 assistance while you’re traveling with the company, access to nursing leadership, and dedicated operational support to troubleshoot scheduling, credentials, or clinical questions. You’ll work a guaranteed 36.0 hours per week, with an assignment described in weeks and potential for renewal. Start date is 03/04/2026 and pay reflects current estimates; final terms will be confirmed during the hiring process.
