This opportunity is more than a job—it’s a chance to influence daily life for residents, guide compassionate care teams, and demonstrate clinical leadership in a setting that honors dignity, safety, and relationship-based care. In Truth or Consequences you’ll discover a landscape of sunlit canyons, thermal springs, and a pace that invites thoughtful assessment and collaborative problem solving. Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse, you’ll lead comprehensive patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage chronic conditions, and oversee wound care and IV therapies as appropriate. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and serve as a clinical mentor to nursing assistants and support staff. Your leadership will guide priority setting during shifts, facilitate care conferences, and ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety through rigorous standards and best practices. This position supports professional growth by offering opportunities to expand your scope, pursue specialty certifications, and participate in continued education aligned with LTC needs. Benefits are competitive and designed to support your stability and success: a weekly pay range of $2,161–$2,219 reflects the value of your expertise, with additional recognition for performance through a sign-on bonus where applicable. The contract is measured in weeks, with the potential for extension based on staffing needs and performance.
