Role Specifics and Benefits: In Behavioral Health / Psychiatric care, you’ll be responsible for holistic patient care within a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Core duties include skilled assessment and ongoing mental status evaluations, crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, and collaborative care coordination with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and peer specialists.
