This ER assignment invites you to blend clinical mastery with meaningful patient connections, helping communities navigate acute events with speed, skill, and empathy. Each shift offers a chance to stabilize, comfort, and empower patients at moments of vulnerability, while honing your clinical judgment through rapid assessment, decisive intervention, and teamwork. Beyond the practice, envision a career chapter immersed in Vermont’s breathtaking landscapes—from the Green Mountains to tranquil lakes and picturesque village streets—where downtime between shifts becomes an invitation to hike, cycle, or savor seasonal flavors, reconnecting with nature after focused clinical moments. This opportunity begins on 04/20/2026 and unfolds in a weeks-long duration framework that respects your need for balance and growth while delivering impactful patient care.

Morrisville sits in a quintessential Northeast setting: small-town warmth, outdoor recreation at your doorstep, and a supportive community ready to welcome travelers. You’ll experience Vermont’s distinctive blend of serenity and accessibility—friendly neighborhoods, farmers markets, maple-scented air, and easy access to skiing, hiking, fall foliage drives, and scenic byways. In the ER, you’ll lead triage, rapid assessment, and life-saving interventions across a spectrum of emergencies. Your responsibilities include IV therapy, medication administration, continuous patient monitoring, EKG interpretation, wound care, documentation, and precise handoffs to receiving teams. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, techs, and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety, efficient throughput, and compassionate communication with patients and families. The role offers tangible professional growth: expand trauma and medical skills, pursue certifications, participate in cross-functional training, and assume leadership opportunities as you demonstrate clinical judgment and reliability under pressure. We recognize your expertise with a competitive weekly pay range of $1,773 to $1,947 and a guaranteed 36 hours per week, plus a sign-on or retention bonus, housing assistance, and options to extend assignments to align with your career goals. You’ll receive comprehensive 24/7 support while traveling with the company, including onboarding assistance, housing coordination, travel logistics, and round-the-clock clinical hotlines so you’re never adrift in a new hospital system.
