- Core responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide spectrum of cardiopulmonary conditions; managing ventilator therapy, humidification and airway clearance; optimizing oxygen delivery; conducting nebulized therapies and chest physiotherapy; monitoring hemodynamics and blood gas analyses; collaborating with physicians, nurses, and sleep technologists to create and adjust care plans; documenting precisely and adhering to best practices in infection control and device maintenance; participating in rounds and family education to empower continued recovery; and supporting crisis response and patient safety initiatives with a calm, proactive approach.
