In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychiatric nursing care, including triage and intake assessments, crisis intervention, medication reconciliation, monitoring and documentation of psychiatric symptoms, safety planning, and collaborative care planning with interdisciplinary teams. You’ll facilitate individual, group, and family therapy concepts in alignment with treatment goals, apply trauma-informed approaches, and employ evidence-based de-escalation techniques to reduce risk and promote stabilization.
