Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and safety, monitor vital signs and chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, wound care, and preventive care), and respond promptly to changes in residents’ status.
