Step into a purpose-driven role as a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis, where every shift offers you the chance to touch lives, mentor teammates, and elevate patient care across diverse settings. Beginning 04/20/2026, you’ll join a nationwide program that pairs your dialysis expertise with purposeful travel, empowering you to make a meaningful impact when and where you are most needed. You’ll also discover the beauty and vibrant communities of Burlington, Vermont, while enjoying the broader experience of assignments across the United States. This approach blends clinical excellence with exploration, professional growth, and the satisfaction of helping patients maintain their quality of life.
Vermont’s Burlington region offers a remarkable balance of outdoor adventure, safe neighborhoods, and a lively cultural scene. You’ll work in a setting that values work–life balance, with access to lakefront strolls, the Adirondacks nearby, craft breweries, and seasonal festivals. The assignment model includes opportunities to travel to different locations throughout the U.S., exposing you to diverse patient populations, hospital cultures, and dialysis technologies. Even with the variety, you’ll carry the support structure of a stable program, ensuring consistency in safety standards, mentorship, and clinical guidance as you adapt to new teams and workflows. This dynamic combination helps you sharpen your specialty while savoring new experiences.
On the clinical side, you’ll deliver comprehensive dialysis patient care: pre– and post-treatment assessments, cannulation support, machine setup and troubleshooting, water treatment monitoring, and infection prevention. You’ll partner with nephrologists, nurses, and technicians to tailor plans under evidence-based protocols, educate patients and families, and document outcomes. There are clear opportunities to advance within the specialty, including lead tech roles and credentials that align with your interests. The compensation package includes a competitive weekly pay range of roughly $2,392 to $2,601, a signing bonus, housing assistance, and the potential for extension on successful assignments. Hours are set by the project, with opportunities to build a consistent schedule over time; final details will be confirmed during hiring.
Travel with confidence knowing you’re backed by 24/7 support from dedicated clinical and logistics teams. From onboarding and credentialing to on-site orientation and real-time problem solving, help is available whenever you need it. The program provides housing assistance, travel reimbursements, and streamlined extension processes to help you plan longer engagements if you enjoy a given community. You’ll also have access to mentorship, ongoing education resources, and peer networks designed to accelerate your growth. The emphasis is not only on the patient but also on you—the traveler who brings skill, compassion, and curiosity to every shift.
Our company is devoted to empowering staff through clear career paths, robust support, and a culture of collaboration.
