While you contribute to exceptional care, you’ll also have the chance to explore Northern California’s beauty—from majestic redwood groves and winding rivers to vibrant vineyards—creating a compelling backdrop for professional growth and personal fulfillment. This is more than a job; it’s a pathway to expanding your clinical scope while savoring the unique charm of Ukiah and the broader California landscape.

Location benefits are a standout part of this opportunity. Ukiah offers a friendly, close-knit community with access to excellent healthcare networks, outdoor recreation, and a predictable workflow that supports professional focus. In this travel pharmacist capacity, you’ll be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, verifying orders, and ensuring patient safety through rigorous reconciliation, dosage checks, allergy reviews, and adverse-event monitoring. You’ll provide proactive patient counseling on medication use, potential interactions, storage requirements, and adherence strategies, while performing medication therapy management to optimize outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions or complex regimens. Where permitted, you’ll administer immunizations and lead immunization outreach in accordance with state regulations, contributing to population health goals. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators, communicate clearly through electronic health records, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Inventory management, drug utilization reviews, and compliance with all federal and state requirements will be core duties, with opportunities to mentor technicians and contribute to formulary discussions or therapeutic guidelines. The role is designed for growth, with pathways to advanced clinical practice, leadership responsibilities, and specialty certifications as you demonstrate impact and commitment. In addition to a competitive weekly pay range of $2,862 to $2,976, the package includes a bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities that reflect your value and flexibility. Comprehensive support is available 24/7 while you travel with the company, ensuring you always have access to guidance, resources, and escalation pathways when you need them most.
