Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Registered Nurse in the Operating Room (OR) in Estes Park, Colorado. This is your opportunity to deliver state-of-the-art perioperative care while embracing the awe-inspiring landscapes of the Front Range. Picture yourself supporting surgical teams during complex procedures, guiding patients through milestones of care, and leaving every OR with a sense of purpose. From the majestic peaks to the quaint mountain towns, Colorado offers a vibrant backdrop for your professional and personal growth. And for those who love to explore beyond one location, you’ll have the chance to work across various sites nationwide, expanding your clinical repertoire and building a diverse professional network.

Location Benefits: Estes Park is a gateway to outdoor adventure, with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking trails, and charming Colorado culture. You’ll enjoy lower stress commuting, access to skilled nursing facilities and ambulatory surgery centers, and a community that values collaboration and high-quality patient outcomes. When you’re ready to broaden your horizons, our programs provide opportunities to deploy to other locations across the U.S., enabling you to experience different OR settings—from high-volume urban centers to specialty hospitals in scenic locales. Regardless of location, you’ll be part of a supportive ecosystem designed to optimize patient care while prioritizing your well-being and work-life balance.

Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Registered Nurse in the OR, you’ll be the patient’s advocate and the calm and capable presence in the sterile field. Your responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique, assisting surgeons and anesthesia teams, counting instruments, and ensuring equipment readiness and safety throughout the perioperative continuum. You will participate in preoperative assessments, patient teaching, and postoperative recovery planning, contributing to smooth transitions from the OR to the PACU. You’ll have the chance to specialize further, gain exposure to robotics and minimally invasive approaches, and develop expertise in specialty procedures that align with your interests. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a signing bonus, and robust support resources designed to help you thrive. We provide housing assistance to ease relocation, and there are clear extension opportunities that enable you to continue your contract beyond the initial assignment if you choose. Our travel program also includes a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) options, paid CME allowances, and specialty certifications support. And because travel can be demanding, you’ll have 24/7 support from our dedicated travel team—clinical liaisons, recruiters, and operations specialists available around the clock to assist with housing, transportation, scheduling, and any on-site needs.

Company Values: Our company is built on empowering care professionals to advance their careers while fostering a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work environment. We recognize the expertise you bring and invest in your professional development—providing mentorship, access to ongoing education, leadership opportunities, and pathways to permanent roles if you aspire to settle in a community.
