As a travel Occupational Therapist, you’ll evaluate patients’ cognitive, sensory, and motor functions; design, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans; facilitate activities of daily living training; and lead discharge planning and caregiver education. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to set realistic goals, track progress, and ensure safe, meaningful outcomes for adults, seniors, and pediatric clients as appropriate. You’ll be encouraged to advance within the specialty—pursuing certifications, refining pediatrics or adult rehab focus, and expanding telehealth capabilities to reach more patients. The role includes a signing or completion bonus, housing assistance to ease relocation, and extension opportunities to continue your placement if it aligns with both your goals and the site needs.
