Role specifics and benefits:
- Core responsibilities: Prepare the operating room and equipment for procedures; maintain strict sterile technique and safe practice; anticipate surgeon needs, pass instruments efficiently, and manage instrument counts and specimen handling; support anesthesia and circulating staff to uphold patient safety and optimal outcomes; participate in post-operative turnover and documentation with attention to detail.

You’ll gain exposure to general, orthopedic, neuro-, and other subspecialties, paving the way for leadership roles, specialty certs, or extended contracts with multi-site opportunities.
