In this Med Surg Tele role, you’ll perform comprehensive admissions assessments, monitor vitals, manage post-surgical and medically complex cases, coordinate seamless care transitions, and ensure precise documentation in the EMR. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case managers, and therapists to design patient-centered plans, anticipate complications, and educate patients and families on medication safety, discharge planning, and self-management. The Tele component adds a focused telemetry oversight dimension—reading rhythm strips, responding to alarms, and supporting rapid, safe stabilization within a busy med-surg environment. Our compensation package reflects your expertise with competitive weekly pay ranging from $2,017 to $2,217, and the flexibility of assignments that can adapt to your goals and availability.
