You’ll play a critical role in fall prevention, infection control, pain management, and palliative care coordination, always coordinating with physicians, therapists, dietitians, social workers, and families to align on goals and progress. You’ll guide and supervise nursing assistants, delegating tasks and offering mentorship to elevate the standard of care across the team.
