Role Specifics and Benefits:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, you’ll contribute to comprehensive resident care under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and monitoring individualized care plans, administering medications, and documenting progress with accuracy.
- Providing direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, hygiene, nutrition, and hydration.
