Travel Registered Nurse LTAC Job
Langhorne, PA
Contracted
CVN Crestview Center
Mid Level
Step into a pivotal role as a Registered Nurse specializing in LTAC in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, beginning 03/06/2026. This LTAC assignment places you at the forefront of complex, high-acuity care, guiding medically fragile patients through the critical transition from acute hospitalization toward meaningful recovery. You’ll draw on advanced clinical skills to manage ventilator weaning, chronic disease management, wound care, IV therapies, and intricate care plans. Your expertise will influence patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and empower families with clear communications, compassionate support, and education. In this role, every shift offers an opportunity to make a tangible difference in patients’ lives while expanding your clinical leadership and problem-solving abilities. Pennsylvania itself is a tapestry of beauty and history—from the winding waters of the Delaware River and Bucks County’s scenic rural landscapes to the cultural vibrancy of nearby Philadelphia—offering serene spots for reflection after demanding days and memorable weekend explorations in lush parks, charming towns, and historic landmarks.
Langhorne situates you in Bucks County, a region renowned for its welcoming communities, excellent schools, and easy access to major centers. Working here means a balanced lifestyle with a short commute, high-quality amenities, and opportunities to connect with a robust healthcare network. The location also serves as a gateway to diverse assignments across the United States, allowing you to broaden your professional horizons while maintaining roots at home between contracts. When you consider future rotations in other states, you’ll bring the same patient-centered approach, clinical rigor, and collaborative spirit, supported by a dedicated team that helps you navigate travel logistics, housing, and local requirements. Our program provides comprehensive support throughout every assignment, including 24/7 assistance as you travel, ensuring you’re never alone on the road to clinical excellence.
In this LTAC RN role, you’ll lead and participate in essential patient care activities: comprehensive initial assessments, ongoing monitoring and documentation, medication administration, wound and IV therapies, infection control, telemetry oversight, and complex care planning. You’ll coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers to optimize discharge planning, continuity of care, and patient and family education. You’ll serve as a clinical resource for less experienced staff, reinforce evidence-based practices, and promote a culture of safety and quality. The position offers clear pathways for professional growth within LTAC, including opportunities to pursue certifications, take on mentorship or charge nurse responsibilities, and expand your scope of practice as you gain experience in critical care pathways and rehab-focused outcomes. This contract also features competitive benefits that reflect your expertise, including a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and the potential for contract extensions based on performance and facility needs. You’ll receive reliable weekly compensation within a range of $1,645 to $1,784, with the flexibility of working across multiple sites and regions as your career evolves. A supportive travel framework accompanies you every step of the way, with a dedicated team ready to assist with housing, travel arrangements, licensing, and onboarding.
Our company is committed to empowering your career and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment. We value expert clinicians who bring compassion, curiosity, and resilience to daily practice, and we invest in your development through ongoing education, mentorship, and opportunities to lead within teams. You’ll join a community that treats your professional growth as a priority—offering structured onboarding, access to leadership development, and a culture that recognizes the impact of your bedside care on patients and families. You’ll find encouragement to expand your skills, share best practices, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that elevate LTAC standards nationwide. With our 24/7 travel support, you’re never navigating shifts or crises alone; our team helps you problem-solve, adapt to new facilities, and maintain work-life balance while pursuing excellence.
