As an LPN in Long-Term Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in the continuum of care. Your responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans, monitoring vital signs and health changes, and providing intimate assistance with activities of daily living to promote dignity and independence. You’ll perform routine wound care, assist with catheter and ostomy care as directed, and manage documentation with precision to ensure accurate records and seamless communication within the care team.
